To bring about a desirable transformation in the entire society ,and leading the humanity towards its farther reaches has to be an urgent mission of all the teachers. We all have the responsibility to remove inequalities in society, and endeavor to have fairness and justice for all. It is not merely the topper of the class in whom we can take pride. But when a large number of the poor performers begin to score high marks and begin to perfom at an excellent level, our pride is undoubtedly more legitimate.

Character creates self respect ,which in turn leads to high self esteem.Maturity is reflected in all aspects of character-the decisions we make ,the friends we choose and the responsibilities we accept .
